| dc.description.abstract | As globalisation is growingrapidly in India, a new wave of competition is emerging. Businesses constantly wonder how to sustain a winning course with speed and efficiency. Higher education can play a game changing role because the quality of graduates forms the main competitive advantage for any business and even society. “The point is not that the past or present is wrong of that the education is falling; the point is the ruture will be different”. Research without innovation has very little meaning in this 21st century. Research can be badged with teaching and learning in an innovative way.
