How Women can be Successful in Science

Abstract

Science is not related to gender but the ability to perform research. Then why do women face difficulties in being at the first tier ? Why is the percentage of women Nobel prize winners not correlated with the percentage of women at the highest level in the sciences ? The lecture is intended to encourage more women to excel in science- how women can be among outstanding scientists and an attempt will be made to understand how Marie Curie succeeded in getting two Nobel Prizes.
