| dc.description.abstract | Science is not related to gender but the ability to perform research. Then why do women face difficulties in being at the first tier ? Why is the percentage of women Nobel prize winners not correlated with the percentage of women at the highest level in the sciences ? The lecture is intended to encourage more women to excel in science- how women can be among outstanding scientists and an attempt will be made to understand how Marie Curie succeeded in getting two Nobel Prizes. | en_US |
