| dc.description.abstract | A new chemical approach to synthesize Chromenes, which are bicyclic oxygen containing heterocycles has been developed using N,N-dimethyl enaminones. These heterocycles possess interesting biological and pharmacological properties which may be elaborated further for their applications.
